We are still on the Grand Wash trail to the Narrows.

Today we are lucky.
It is mainly overcast. But it is still very dry.

Most parts of the trail are in the riverbed.
Here it is like walking on compacted sand.

This part of the riverbed is harder to walk on.

The trail makes a left turn just after this balancing rock.

The Narrows starts here and goes back about a quarter mile.

When your tired you just have to find a seat to rest on.

It is even better when you find a rock with
foot and arm rests.

How about a love seat.

We are back at the trail head. Mom needed one more drink of water before getting into the hot car.
