Tucson and San Antonio

Voyager Resort Tucson, AZ
This resort is one of our favorites. We stop here every time we pass through Tucson. I t reminds us of Outdoor Resorts except it is in the middle of the desert. Like being at ORA, we are always here in the off season when most residents are up north. Since we have taken and posted many pictures in the past we only will bore you with just a couple.

Alamo KOA, San Antonio, TX
We stop here every time we pass through San Antonio. We like the campground but really like the Mi Tierra Cafe y Panaderia. Since we have taken and posted many pictures in the past we only will bore you with just a few.

We really enjoy the Voyager resort pools.
Since we have been here they added these straw canopies.

The Voyager has a nice lounge with DJ music.
Drinks are half price during happy hour.
The attached restaurant has inexpensive ($7) meals including salad.

A 45 foot motorhome next to us in the Alamo KOA.
It's back drops down and forms a ramp for the ATV's it is carrying.

Having a couple of drinks in the Mi Tierra Cafe's lounge.

Having a dinner in the Mi Tierra.

After dinner Mom always shops in the Mi Tierra's bakery.
Notice the piñata’s hanging from the ceiling.

This is a picture from one of John Wayne's movies. The other person in
the picture was one of the famous stars who frequented the Mi Tierra.
On the wall behind me is a write-up about his decorations from WWII.
