Making Hungarian Kolbasz continued.

This new method of packaging casing is much easier to clean and put on the stuffer.

The casing is ready, lets load the meat.
This stuffer is much smaller the one Uncle Elmer uses.

OK Zac, hold the end. Here it comes!

We have a tape on the counter with markings which identify the length
for the various weights which have been ordered.

Mom is our Quality Control.
She makes sure the weights are at least what is requested.

Uncle Elmer uses a vacuum packaging system. Our process is low budget.
We just use freezer Zip Lock bags with hand written labels.

Grace taking a turn at QC and packaging.
